Shipping Information

Vuole Store sets a standard global shipping rate of AU$20.00, and free shipping worldwide on all orders over AU$100.00. All orders are processed and dispatched within 3 days of the order being processed. Once dispatched you will receive a tracking number with shipping details of your order, so you can track the progress of the delivery through the relative courier.

Items are manufactured and dispatched from our warehouses across United States, Europe and China.

Typical delivery time on all products are approximately 10-14 days from the product(s) being dispatched, using national and international delivery services from the warehouse location containing the available stock. Please see the product description for delivery estimations to particular countries/regions around the world, and also for any countries that delivery may be temporarily unavailable to.

We make all reasonable efforts to package as per industry standards to ship safely to you such that the item(s) arrive as good as when picked off the shelf, and delivered to you in perfect working condition.

Please note, you will be responsible for any inbound customs duties or taxes your country imposes on imported goods. These charges can vary widely and are often based on the price, type of item, package weight/dimensions and the taxes, duties and fees of the destination country. If you do not pay any customs and/or duties required to release the parcel for delivery and the goods are returned to us as a result, we will be unable to issue a refund on the goods.

While we do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner, we will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by any person as a result of delay caused by our carrier that we have no control over, or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight including but not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us.

 

Returns

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 15 days of receiving the order, however postage back to Vuole Store is at the buyer's expense. For any faulty items, please contact us orders@vuolestore.com within 7 days of receiving the item, images of the fault or damage may be requested to assist with the review. Upon conclusion of the assessment, a full refund or replacement item may be issued.

Please note that monogrammed, personalised, special-order items and items damaged through normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.
